CineStill does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Your videos and photos stay on your device.

What CineStill Accesses

Photo Library — CineStill requests access to your Photo Library to:

• Load videos you select for frame browsing
• Save captured still frames back to your Photo Library

This access requires your explicit permission. You can revoke it at any time in Settings.

What CineStill Does Not Do

• Does not collect analytics or usage data
• Does not track you
• Does not use advertising
• Does not require an account or login
• Does not transmit your videos or photos to any server
• Does not use third-party SDKs or services

In-App Purchase

CineStill offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited frame captures. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. CineStill does not receive or store any payment information.

On-Device Storage

CineStill stores a small amount of data on your device using UserDefaults (for example, how many free exports you have used). This data never leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

CineStill does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
